Spring Break Highlights

Welcome back! I hope everyone had a wonderful spring break. I was able to get away for a little while to head south and watch some of our teams compete. Here are a few highlights to catch everyone up to date.

* Maria Quagliana became the first female for Brockport swimming and diving to earn All-American honors with a 9th place finish on the one-meter board.
* Gymnastics won its third consecutive ECAC Championship and Lauren Gildemeyer was named ECAC gymnast of the Year.
* Women's Lacrosse set a new school record for most goals in a game with a 24-0 win over Medaille.
* Softball went 11-1 on its spring break trip to Florida.
* Baseball went 4-4 in Arizona and stands at 5-6 overall on the season.
* Men's Lacrosse is 3-1 on the season, including a 7-6 win over Kean University.
* Wrestler Tyler Marlow was named the ECWC Rookie of the Year.
* Women's Lacrosse Head Coach Linda Michele earned her first win at Brockport with a 17-7 win over Ithaca.
* Men's Lacrosse player Adam Drypolcher scored his 100th career point for the Golden Eagles in the loss to St. John Fisher.

The first home game of the spring season is set for Tuesday March 23rd with women's lacrosse hosting U of R at 4pm. Baseball, Softball and Men's Lacrosse will all be home on Saturday March 27th.
